There will be no penalty for attendee registration cancellations received on or before the date 90 days prior to the first day of the conference. If applicable, Apple Certification Testing likely cannot be refunded at all.
The the full amount paid minus a $75 fee will be refunded. Regardless of previous payment method, refunds will be issued via check no sooner than 10 days after the registration was done (to allow time for payments to clear).
A cancellation fee of 25% of registration costs plus a $75 fee will be applied for cancellations received between 30 to 89 days before the annual conference.
A cancellation fee of 50% of registration costs plus a $75 fee will be applied for cancellations received between 15 to 29 days before the annual conference.
No refund will be issued for cancellations received less than 15 days before the first day of the annual conference. Late requests for refunds due to a family emergency only will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
All cancellations must be sent in writing via fax, e-mail or regular mail to the conference registrar. Please fax or email cancellations, if possible, and expect confirmation within two business days. If necessary to cancel by USPS, please allow sufficient time for a response.
MacTech Conference is not responsible for problems beyond our control such as weather conditions, venue property conditions, prepaid parking, prepaid tours, etc. No refunds will be given in these situations. The final decision on refunds rests with the MacTech Conference organizers.
